About this course
Built for practitioners who already administer BIG-IP, this course turns operational familiarity into structured diagnostic skill. It works through the hardware and software architecture relevant to troubleshooting, then drills the tools and techniques for isolating problems: reading logs across local, high-speed, and remote logging paths; capturing and interpreting traffic; and using the diagnostic and support tooling the platform provides. The emphasis is methodology, working a problem from symptom to root cause, reinforced through labs and discussion of real failure scenarios.
Assumes completion of Administering BIG-IP and production experience.
