大多数技术培训由那些为了教授某个主题而去学习它的人呈现。这里恰恰相反：三十年搭建、弄坏并修复真实网络与安全系统的经验，凝练为把每个概念与它在生产中究竟如何表现联系起来的培训。

为什么它在课堂上很重要
解释一项功能理应如何运作，与解释它在凌晨三点、某个关键系统宕机时为何会那样表现，两者是有区别的。前者来自手册，后者来自亲历现场。自1996年以来，这份工作就是实施：设计网络并将其投入运行，然后在压力之下排查故障，并成为那个被叫来解决足以让业务停摆的关键可用性与安全事件的人，为厂商，也为巴西一些最大的机构。每位学员得到的正是这种深度：不是照着幻灯片念的演讲者，而是一位在这些系统内部摸爬滚打过、能讲清它们究竟如何运作的工程师。

Remote training environments
Live online classes (vILT) run on Zoom by preference, with Google Meet and Microsoft Teams equally supported when a customer's platform policy calls for it.
Hands-on labs are delivered through Red Education's lab infrastructure, and through platforms such as CloudShare, Skytap, ReadyTech Axis, and Amazon WorkSpaces - whichever the official lab environment for each course is.
把复杂讲清楚
深厚的技术知识是必要的，但还不够。更稀缺的技能是把它翻译出来：把真正复杂的东西，Web 应用防火墙、身份联合、流量管理、SD-WAN，讲到让一个初次接触它的人能记住。学员们一再提到真实的案例以及清晰、有条理的方法，那种把每个概念置于他们真正要做的工作的语境中的能力。培训是贯穿这段职业生涯的脉络，自 1997 年起几乎在每个岗位中都有体现，并自 2020 年起成为全职专注所在。
动手，而非空泛
技术能力靠动手才能练成，所以每门课程都有在真实系统上的动手实验，并由托管的实验环境作支撑，让练习始终有一个真实的落脚之处。对于已经掌握基础、就是来上手这项技术的人来说，这正是他们来此的目的，也是花得值的时间。对于较新的学员，时间先花在实验所依托的基础上，让动手的部分讲得通，而不是死记硬背地照做。两者同等重要，平衡只是随着课堂而变。授课形式因人而异：面向全球、由讲师主讲的线上培训，需要时也可现场进行，用英语或葡萄牙语。无论哪种方式，学员都应带着真实而有用的东西离开，并真正理解它为何如此运作。
受认可、经认证且保持最新
这种培训立足于正式认可的基础之上。连续三年的 F5 DevCentral MVP，分别在 2022、2023 和 2024 年。自 2015 年保持的 F5 认证，以及横跨平台的讲师授权：F5、Extreme Networks、Fortinet 和 Netskope。授课足迹遍及澳大利亚、新加坡、印度、中欧、美国和巴西，通过授权培训中心 Red Education。资质很重要，但它们是通往其下之物的捷径：对技术真实且当下的掌握。
