RCX

RCX Network Servicos de Informatica is registered as a micro-enterprise, and the combination of that legal size with an Expert-level grade is the thing worth recording. The tier is earned with certified engineers and held with revenue, so a very small company reaching it has concentrated its certifications rather than spread them: two named specialisations, deep, instead of a wide shallow line card.

That is a viable strategy in this market and it is the opposite of the distributor strategy described elsewhere in this catalogue. A house of this size does not win on breadth or on credit; it wins because the two things it does are the two things a particular customer needs done properly.
