The Peruvian edition of the global Security BSides circuit, running since 2018 - community-organised, free of commercial pitches, and built around technical talks on real problems.
Peru now carries both formats that this region tends to produce in pairs: a free community conference and an independent offensive-security event. That pairing is the same structure Brazil arrived at with BSides São Paulo alongside the invite-only YSTS, and it appears to be what a maturing scene converges on - one venue optimised for access, another for depth, rather than one event trying to be both.
