ISH Tecnologia - security with the governance attached

ISH Tecnologia is a security company from Espirito Santo, which is itself worth noting: the Brazilian security market concentrates heavily in Sao Paulo, and a company of consequence built outside the main axis is uncommon enough to record.

Its structure separated a corporate arm serving private business clients from the rest of the business, and in January 2026 that arm was sold to SPX as Vision Cybersecurity - which is a specific and instructive move rather than a general acquisition. A services company is a set of customer relationships, and those relationships can be split by segment and sold separately from the brand that built them.

What remains under the original name continues in the market it built. The episode is a clean illustration of how consolidation actually works in security services: not usually whole companies bought entire, but customer bases separated, valued and moved.
