A node that connects a customer site into F5 Distributed Cloud.
A Customer Edge node is the software appliance that registers into F5 Distributed Cloud and terminates traffic at the customer's site or cloud. On startup it must reach specific control endpoints, DNS, and NTP, which is why its egress allowlist matters.
