/dev/other other environment

Off the catalogue, still on principle.

Every tool on the main floor signs the same contract: a manifest, golden vectors, a documented shape. This room is for tools that cannot sign it yet — not because they talk to the internet (those live next door in /dev/out, in red), but because their shape fits no drawer. The principles still hold; the paperwork differs.

What 'other' means here

Tools in this room live outside the main catalogue's definitions: experimental input contracts, unusual output shapes, ideas still finding their form. They are not lesser — they are early or odd, and labeled as such, honestly.

The house rules keep holding. Local-first unless a tool states otherwise on its own door, no accounts, no tracking by us, no ads, open source. Tools whose whole job is asking the live internet live next door in /dev/out, behind red walls.

No residents yet. The first tool that defies the definitions for a reason other than network egress moves in here — green walls, honest label.
