The Cat Distribution System is the internet's name for a well-documented phenomenon: you do not acquire a stray cat, a stray cat acquires you. This console tracks your assignment. Enter your name (city optional, the System knows anyway) and read the delivery manifest. Assignments are deterministic: the same name always receives the same cat. That is not a bug. That is destiny.
