NTSec Group - security bought by the public sector
Brazilian security integrator headquartered in Brasilia, with branches in eight states and its own academy.
NTSec Group is a Brazilian technology and information security integrator with its head office in Brasilia and branches in eight states, close to four hundred specialists, ISO 27001 certification and a twenty-four-hour security operations centre. Its strategic partnerships include F5 and Check Point, and its technology list runs to Fortinet, Netskope, Tenable, CyberArk, Qualys and Wiz among others.
The head office is the fact that explains the rest. A security integrator based in Brasilia rather than Sao Paulo is one built around the federal government and the courts, and its published client set reads accordingly: regional electoral and labour tribunals, health and research institutions, federal banks, state data-processing companies and public security forces.
That is a different business from serving private enterprise, and the difference is procurement. Work arrives through public tender, so the relationship begins as a bid rather than a conversation, and continuity depends on winning again - one of its own published testimonials describes a firewall tender in 2017 that grew into service across most of the country’s labour courts, then a second tender years later that added managed services.
CORRECTED 2026-08-11. The four names are not a brand structure. The group states that it arose from the union of four companies - Ziva, NTSec, InfoSec and CloudSec - so NTSec, InfoSec, CloudSec and ZivaSec are the constituents preserved as the names of what they became. That is the third assembled Brazilian group on this timeline, after Grupo IHC and CPM Braxis, and the pattern is consistent: the brands that look like product lines are frequently the companies that were bought.
An academy alongside them describes the strategy several other entries here record: an integrator that has stopped selling products and started selling capability, with teaching as part of the offer rather than an afterthought.
Its constitutive act is a matter of public record: the contrato social was registered at the Junta Comercial do Distrito Federal by despatch of 18 October 2007. That the document is readable at all is an accident of procurement - it survives inside a bidding dossier lodged with a state technology company, which is where a good deal of Brazilian corporate history is quietly preserved.

A primary legal filing rather than a company database. The 0001 suffix confirms this is the head office; the branches carry later dates - Fortaleza and Sao Paulo 2019, Recife 2024. A separate company trading as Ntsec Network Security in Brasilia holds a different CNPJ root, 22.675.357, registered 2015, and is not this registration.
