Building on installation and configuration, this course covers the more advanced capabilities of ExtremeXOS / Switch Engine. It addresses implementing security mechanisms such as ONEPolicy and access control lists, applying traffic-optimization techniques including Quality of Service, and extending switch capabilities through automation, with Fabric Attach, CLI scripting, and Python scripting and processes. As with the rest of the track, the concepts are reinforced with real-world hands-on tasks in the lab.
